Review | Thirteen Reasons Why Season 1

For those who have never heard about it the story follows Clay Jensen, a high schooler whose crush, Hannah Baker committed suicide. One day, he receives a box full of tapes recorded by Hannah explaining why she did this. Each tape is about one reason - one person - and since Clay has received it, it means he's one of the reason.
I first read this book when I was in high school. It was actually the first book that kept me reading all night. I just couldn't put it down. I needed to know the reasons, I needed to understand why the life of a regular girl turned so wrong so fast.

Before I say anything else, you need to know this book isn't about justifying suicide. It's about preventing it. I think the message behind it is good : Small things matter. And you never know what's going on in another person's life.

Now we can move on to the actual review.

My April TBR

Hey ! I know, I haven't posted in months and I'm sorry. It's just life you know ? One day you're motivated to post three times a week, to read and to do everything else on your to-do-list but then, stuff happens and you're more focused on other things.
It's not a good excuse, I know but that's what happened. This post doesn't mean you're going to get a lot of posts like before but it's a start. I've been wanting to post something for a while but I couldn't bring myself to do it. Today though, I'm motivated enough to write a quick and easy post : My April TBR.

November Wrap Up + December TBR

So I'm going to be honest, I finished only one book this November, The Hero of Ages by Brandon Sandeson which was absolutely fabulous. I couldn't imagine it end in any other way. It's a perfect conclusion to an amazing serie. I wish I had seen Ham more but everything else was on point. I know how Inquisitors are made guys. And I love how messed up it is.

Now let's move on to my December TBR !

Why I Don't Like Reading In French

Obviously, I'm talking about translated books. The title would have been too long if I had precised it ~
